Spring Fling

Here is the latest and greatest information on our First Annual, Come and Meet Your Neighbors, Spring Fling! Place: The County roads in Phase 6 (at the end of Woodland Waters Boulevard) Time: 11:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Getting and parking there: Menu: 2. Games, face painting, balloon guy for the kids. 3. Door prizes for various things yet to be determined. 4. Having a DJ and music. 5. Local vendors will be on-site for the lawns, sod, landscaping, Sun Trust Bank representative, and possibly a chiropractor. We are currently working on getting more vendors to show up. If any of you WW residents have a business and want to set up a table or give out brochures or business cards, contact us so we know who is showing up. (You will need to bring yourr own table to set up and pass out your info.) We would like for some of the businesses to donate items to be given away as door prizes. Come meet your neighbors at our 1st Annual Spring Fling and have some fun in the sun. Bring your own lawn chairs, umbrellas, tables, whatever you think you'll need to be comfortable. Date: Saturday, April 17, 2010 (Rain Date: Sunday, April 18, 2010)
We will have someone available to direct traffic so we stay on the roads, as we are not allowed on the lots because they are private property. We have county permission to use the roads. If you live close enough, might be easier to walk.
We are having hamburgers, hot dogs, pulled pork, cole slaw, potato salad, cookies & cupcakes, freeze pops for the kids, soft drinks and water. Food is being donated by Sun Trust Bank, and a Bank representative will be available to provide information on their banking services.
Absolutely no liquor will be allowed or tolerated!

Activities:
1. Fun Classic Car show with trophies for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place (only for WW residents). Car registration will be conducted from 10:00 a.m. until noon on the day of the Spring Fling, Phase 6. Please bring and enter you classic car(s)!!!
